Privacy policy

We collect only the information we need to care for your child and run the practice: contact details, insurance information, and the health information you or your child’s other providers share with us.

We never sell personal information. We share it only with the people involved in your child’s care, with your insurer for billing, and with vendors who help us operate — under agreements that require them to protect it.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@sunnysidepeds.com.

Notice of privacy practices

This notice describes how medical information about your child may be used and disclosed, and how you can get access to it. Please review it carefully.

You have the right to get a copy of your child’s health record, ask us to correct it, ask us to limit what we share, request confidential communications, get a list of disclosures we have made, and file a complaint if you believe your privacy rights have been violated.

Terms of use

Online booking holds a time slot but does not guarantee a specific provider. Telehealth visits are available to patients located in states where our providers are licensed.
